Why the tools are free and Pro is not
A one-off lookup is cheap: static pages on a free hosting tier, plus the free allowances YouTube and Twitch give every developer. Watching a channel is not. It means storing a snapshot of every watched channel every day, keeping those for a month, computing the change and emailing you. That needs a database and a mail service that cost money as the list grows, so that is the line we charge at.
What we do not do
- No ads, and no affiliate links dressed up as recommendations.
- No selling or sharing of anything you type in. Most tools never send it anywhere.
- No email wall in front of a result, and no feature that was free yesterday moved behind Pro.
